Pamela Causey


I'm indebted to Lisa Long for introducing me to Pilates and Body Balance Institute; I transferred from a country club Pilates class I started in 2004 following Lisa Long to Body Balance. I continue my classes with Lisa including the introduction of elevated movement. Its' because of Lisa that I am in the best shape of my life! Lisa also encouraged me to take classes and privates with other enlightened instructors at the studio.

When I started working with Kristen, I was having hip issues and could barely go up and down steps. Through her guidance she helped me alleviate the pain and improve my posture with Pilates and GYROTONIC© Kristen is a phenomenal instructor and I really enjoy her teachings!

Recently I started working one on one with Cheryl Forehand. She has incorporated my work with Lisa and Kristen to further open my spaces in my body and improve my mobility. Cheryl has such a positive spirit and great enthusiasm for teaching.

Pilates has changed my life getting me through neck injuries and arthritis. I'm in better shape now than I was 20 years ago. All of the instructors at Body Balance Institute have been wonderful!
