I suffered for years with chronic low back/hip pain and alignment issues. Due to the strengthening, lengthening and improved flexibility and balance I've gained through Gyrotonics, Gyrokinesis, and Pilates Barre, I'm pain free. In addition to Body Balance's varied workout menu, I'm grateful for the educational workshops that are offered. I've found that the ones I've participated in have increased my knowledge and awareness of the body. This has proved quite helpful in 'connecting' better with my workouts.
I also find that during extensive travel I'm much better equipped at recovering through extreme time zones. I can also take much of what I've learned here at Body Balance with me when I'm on the road!
I'm so very grateful to Vicki and her staff for their continued support and encouragement. It's all just a process!
