I feel Vicki Sullivan has educated me to be able to grow old knowing what I must do with my body. She has made me realize the importance of stretching and thinking about creating space with my body. She explains in a way I can comprehend that we have two cores and they connect everything in our body. I truly feel my training with Vicki has given me more confidence with my whole outlook on life. There are days when I have a sore knee from too much tennis or a sore shoulder from lifting my granddaughter and I come to my session with Vicki and she shows me ways to stretch or strengthen the effected area. I feel so fortunate to have met Vicki and be able to train with her. She has made my quality of life so much better. I love her soft and soothing nature. I feel like I can do anything and everything these days. Learning to take care of myself is making me feel like growing old is not so bad. I know I can do so much more these days and if I do have a problem there is a solution with proper stretching and exercise that can overcome the problem. I am 67 years old and I feel like I am maybe 50 or younger. I walk 5 to 6 miles a day and play tennis three or four times a week. And I love my twice a week Pilates with Vicki!
