I am grateful to have found Body Balance Institute over 5 years ago. Like many others, I joined gyms seeking to get in shape, but it didn’t provide me with the satisfaction I was seeking. I had read about Pilates and the long-term health benefits that it provided as well as the stress relief. That’s when I found BBI. As soon as I took my first lesson, I knew this was the exercise for me and 5 years later it’s still the right exercise for me. I can’t see a life without Pilates.
