Glenn Morgan has been a person with a passion for movement since his childhood. Growing up as a dancer and participating in multiple sports and music, Glenn has learned the importance of movement and activity for health, happiness and longevity. He has a unique background in education, movement and dance, and brings these experiences with his instruction.
Glenn holds a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a Masters degree from Laban, City University of London. He has been a college professor at FSCJ, JU, and Laban in London, UK, an Exercise Science Lab Technician, and Exercise Physiologist. His passion for movement lead him to a career as a movement practitioner in Pilate’s certified through Body Balance and a Clinical Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, and soon to be Senior Fitness Specialist and TRX Suspension Trainer certified. His specialties include pre/post rehabilitation training including spinal cord injury, wheelchair mobility, balance and coordination, neurological and orthopedic injuries, structural assessment, corrective exercise, and weight loss.
His goals for his clients are to improve them through a personalized approach and use of structural integration techniques. His focus is to meet the client’s goals by educating and motivating them within a fun and safe training environment.
